Sinds 9 augustus is er een buitenexpositie te bezoeken op het Polenplein in Driel.
\nRondom het monument staan 14 presentatiepanelen die het verhaal van Polen tijdens de Tweede Wereldoorlog vertellen, vanaf de inval in 1939 tot en met het einde van de oorlog.
\nIn het bijzonder is er aandacht voor de Poolse bijdrage aan de bevrijding van Nederland.
\nDeze expositie is een aanvulling op dat wat te zien is in het Informatiecentrum De Polen van Driel. De expositie is te bezoeken tot en met eind september.
\nDe expositie in Driel is verbonden met soortgelijke buitenexposities in de andere Airborne-gemeenten.<\/p>\n
